Please note, while the quality of our services and our treatment providers remains to the highest standard, your spa experience will be different from what you have experienced in the past to incorporate additional safety measures in response to COVID-19.


  • If you have any symtoms of illness or have been around anyone who has had any symptoms of illness in the last 14 days, please cancel your appointment.  
  • If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been around anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 21 days, regardless of symptoms, please cancel your appointment.  
  • There will be NO PENALTIES for last minute cancellations due to illness or other COVID-19 risk factors.
  • You MUST have an appointment to enter the building.  
  • You will not be allowed to bring a guest with you to your appointment.

  • All of our team members will be wearing a mask.
  • All clients will be required to come wearing a mask. If you do not have a mask, you can purchase a disposable mask for $1. If your treatment requires you to remove your mask, you will be instructed to do so by your therapist at the appropriate time.
  • Clients will be asked to use hand sanitizer before entering the building.
  • Our service providers will be wearing disposable gloves and changing these gloves between clients.
  • Our service providers will be wearing disposable aprons and disposing of them between clients.
  • Our treatment rooms will be sanitized at the beginning of each day and after each client service.
  • Common areas will be sanitized on the hour, every hour.
  • We have temporarily suspended the relaxation room and post treatment snacks. You will be directed to the checkout station immediately post procedure.  
  • We will only be accepting credit cards through the month of May.  To avoid use of a credit card keypad, the credit card you provided to schedule your appointment will be charged after your service unless you call with a different card.  Please note that while we require a credit card to schedule an appointment, you will NOT be charged for a last minute cancellation due to illness or any of the COVID-19 risk factors listed above.

Our Hempology  Spa team members have had multiple hours of additional training in new safety procedures and protocols for COVID-19 and have received additional certification in sanitation measures.

Upon Arrival

We are enforcing strict social distancing amongst our guests and staggering appointments.  When you arrive, please call the office 310-424-8217 and wait in your vehicle until a staff member comes to to take your temperature .  We will text a brief COVID-19 questionnaire the morning of your appointment that should be completed prior to your arrival.


Temperatures

Prior to your appointment, your temperatu in re will be taken.  Should you have an elevated temperature, you will be asked to leave and we will reschedule your appointment.  *Every team member at Hempology will be getting temperature checks upon starting their shift each day and will be immediately sent home if they have an elevated temperature as well.
